A: Yes, the speakers will work with both models of the iPhone. You may get a message on your iPhone asking if you would like to use airplane mode, please select No/Cancel. If a message displays saying "This accessory is not made for iPhone", please ignore the message or click cancel.

A: You can use the K3000 with any device (including MP3 / MP4 players, portable radios, laptops, etc) which have a standard headphone jack (3.5mm) using the audio cable included.

A: Please follow these steps:
- Ensure you have new / charged batteries inserted the correct way around in the speakers
- Make sure the unit is switched ON (green LED on the front of the unit indicates speakers are ON)
- Check that the volume wheel on the speaker is turned up to MAX volume
- Ensure that the music is playing your device
- Turn the volume up on your device
Q: Can I use rechargeable batteries in the speakers?
A: Yes, you can use rechargeable batteries to power the speakers. Please note, they will not be recharged inside the speakers even if the speaker is connected to the mains.

A: You can power the K3000 speakers by either 1 x AA battery, via the USB cable (included) or from our universal mains charger (available separately via this website).
