Q: Will it work with my iPhone or iPhone 3G?
A: Yes, the speakers will work and charge both models of the iPhone. You may get a message on your iPhone asking if you would like to use the airplane mode, please select no / cancel. If a message displays saying "this accessory is not made for iPhone" please ignore the message or click cancel.
Q: Will the K3000ST charge my iPod/iPhone?
A: Yes. The K3000ST will charge your iPod / iPhone if it is connected via the dock connector and the K3000ST is connected to either the USB cable or the optional mains adaptor. The K3000ST will not charge any firewire versions of the iPod.

Q: Is there a mains charger available for the K3000ST?
A: Yes, you can purchase the universal mains charger for your speaker. This will also allow your iPod / iPhone to be charged. The mains charger will not charge the internal batteries and we advise that they are removed when using external power.
Q: Can I use the K3000ST with other audio devices?
A: You can use the K3000ST with any device (including MP3/MP4 players, portable radios, laptops, etc) which have a standard headphone jack (3.5mm) using the audio cable included.
Q: I can't hear any sound from my speakers, what's wrong?
A: Please follow these steps:
- Ensure you have new / charged batteries inserted the correct way around in the speakers
- Make sure the unit is switched ON (green LED on the front of the unit indicates speakers are ON)
-Repeatedly press the top volume button to ensure the volume is turned up
- Ensure the music is playing on your device
- Turn the volume up on your device
Q: What are the two holes on the side of the speakers?
A: These are ports for the bass tube which runs through the speaker. This helps to give a deeper and more bassy from the speakers.
Q: Can I use rechargeable batteries in the speakers?
A: Yes, you can use rechargeable batteries to power the speakers. Please note they will not be recharged inside the speakers even if the speakers are connected to the mains.
Q: What ways can I power my speakers?
A: You can power the K3000ST speakers either by 2 x AA batteries, the USB cable (included) or from our universal mains charger (available separately).
Q: How long will the batteries last?
A: The speakers will run for up to 12 hours continuous play without any significant decrease in the quality of sound.
Q: What is the output wattage of the speakers?
A: The speakers are 3w x 2 (6w total power), the frequency response is 1000Hz - 12.5kHz
