The basic terms are:

* you have the right to return the goods within 14  working days and we will offer you complete refund within 30 days

*The goods must be undamaged and the packaging must be in good order for reuse by us. Of course you have the right to remove protective foil around the packaging otherwise you can't access the product.

* we have a no good no pay total refund policy in case it is clear that the product delivered was faulty and thus not as expected. We offer a 2 year warranty on our products

* we are not liable for type errors in product descriptions and pricing and we do have the right to refuse an order placed for an obvious wrong pricing
